From Le Gavroche to Aldwick Road
Michael and Nathalie met some thirty years ago at Le Gavroche, where they both learnt their trade from the Roux brothers. From there they spent years in France, running restaurants for Alain Ducasse and for Franc Feregutte MOF.
Back in England, Michael founded JMK Classic Catering in 1998, holding the catering contract at Loseley Park, a stately home near Guildford, for eighteen years. In 2009 the front of house team were awarded the MCA in restaurant service, the English equivalent of the MOF.
After more than two decades living in Bognor Regis, it was time to see if Bognor was ready for something a little bit different. They have not looked back.
